Winter Camp 7 Report

Hamilton-Baris

Mother nature sent the Bushwackers an apology for “SNOWING” us out of our grass rehearsal facility for Sunday. Saturday at the Hamilton, NJ St. Patrick’s Parade, Corps Director Bob Gupta received word from our winter home, The Princeton Day School, that the grounds were too wet from Friday’s snow for us to use them on Sunday.

Bob immediately found us a new rehearsal facility that could potentially be another regular practice site.

After some logistical issues were worked out the corps arrived on Sunday morning and learned 15 pages of drill hot off the presses from drill designer Dave Caravella. The drill was taught to an eager drum corps by Nate Savalza who said “If today’s rehearsal is any indication of what the season is going to be like, WE ARE in very good shape.”

The Bushwackers still have a few spots open – Will you be part of the change?
