Coming off an incredible spin clinic where over 40 recruits were in attendance, The Bushwackers are excited to announce the addition of 5 outstanding designers to our guard caption for the 2016 season.
Along with caption supervisor, WGI & World Drum Corps Hall of Famer Mickey Kelly, and caption manager Lauryn Heller, this team of designers are no strangers to producing award winning programs. The corps is anxiously waiting to see what lies ahead for the guard as this team of designers makes the 2016 production PianoForte come to life.
WGI hall of fame member and 2016 Bushwacker drill designer Vince Monacelli, noted for his ground breaking work in the guard realm, will undoubtedly set everything in motion with attention to detail as we try and set new standards for the Bushwacker guard program.
Excitement is high as the corps enters the spring season after a successful winter of rehearsals, and these wonderful additions to the design team only adds more energy as the corps takes the necessary steps forward during our 35th anniversary season.
Our next set of rehearsals and auditions for the color guard will take place on April 17th at Montgomery Upper Middle School in Skillman, NJ.
